Metal stamping parts must be simple in shape and reasonable in structure, so as to help simplify the mold structure and optimize the number of processes, that is, to complete the processing of the entire part with the least and simplest stamping process. Try not to use other methods of processing, and it is conducive to stamping operations, which is convenient for organizing mechanization and automated production to improve labor productivity.
